De shares with us intimate details from her birth experience, and experience working with students to help us all understand the magic and complete unique story of every woman’s journey through pregnancy.
This month I am pleased to introduce my friend and mentor De West. De has been an ardent student of yoga since 1992. She is a leader in the Boulder yoga community. Her teaching combines principles from Iyengar and therapeutic yoga. She’s been an advocate for women’s yoga, especially focusing on yoga for prenatal and postpartum women. She has ran her Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Intensive for 7 years in Boulder. She is the owner of Studio Be also in Boulder, Co.
