Creating Stillness for Childbirth (and Life)

a snippet:  Every woman has a very personal question, about what its going to take for her to give birth. Everyone’s question is different. A totality of her entire life’s experience come to a head when a woman is facing childbirth. Creating stillness inside the mind and body is an important practice for soon to be mothers. This practice allows us to tap into deep awareness and find reserves within us to face the challenges ahead. Learn some tips to birth with grace. 

This month I am pleased to introduce my friend and mentor, Abby Bordner. Abby is a Certified Labor Doula, Educator and Faculty member with CAPPA, with 15 years of experience and over 200 births. She is also a parent educator, writer and personal support coach. She Authored a workbook titled Creating Stillness: A Journal for Childbirth Preparation. Check out her website!
