Yoga & Ayurveda for Fertility

with Nicole Perriella

a snippet:  Learn how to incorporate gentle yoga practices to promote fertility naturally.  Nicole and I discuss how to modify yoga routines based on your cycle.  In her work, Nicole finds that some women don’t really know what their cycle should look like or feel like, so she highlights in this episode some basics about the stages of the female cycle.  She also points out how incredibly important self-care is for women in the preconception phase, with beautiful stories and anecdotes!
